Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Fleqra uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the Service.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies (always on)

Required for the Service to function. Cannot be disabled.

  • Session token (Auth.js) — keeps you logged in
  • CSRF token — protects against cross-site request forgery
  • Theme preference — remembers light/dark mode

Functional cookies

Enhance functionality but not strictly required.

  • Active brand — remembers which brand you last viewed
  • Chat widget session (localStorage) — used by the embeddable AI agent widget

Analytics cookies

We do not currently use third-party analytics on the Fleqra application. The marketing site may use lightweight analytics in the future — if so, this policy will be updated and you will be asked to consent.

Cookies set by integrations

When you connect third-party services (Stripe checkout, Google OAuth, social platforms), those services may set their own cookies. Each provider has its own cookie policy.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings.
  • Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using Fleqra.
  • Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal — we respect it where applicable.
