This Privacy Policy describes how Fleqra ( “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our platform at fleqra.com (the “Service”).

Fleqra is operated by Product Guru IT Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. What information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, password, agency/brand name
• Billing information: payment card details processed by Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers)
• Content: contacts you upload, social posts you create, emails you send, knowledge base entries
• Communications: support emails, in-app chats, survey responses

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, click events
• Device information: browser type, IP address, operating system
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

Information from third parties

• OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, etc.) when you connect them
• Stripe payment status and subscription details
• AI models (Anthropic Claude) that process content you submit for generation

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account notifications, receipts)
• To send marketing emails (only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us run Fleqra (AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI generation, AWS SES for email delivery)
• Platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) — only the data needed for the integration to work
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion (for legal and operational reasons). You can request immediate deletion at any time.

5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and AWS infrastructure security. See our Security page for details.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region) and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure adequate safeguards through standard contractual clauses where required.

8. Children

Fleqra is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
